Tunnel Type Cleaning Equipment Overview:

This tunnel-type cleaning equipment, paired with a stainless steel mesh belt conveyor, integrates 5 core functions—spray, ultrasonic, pure water rinse, wind cut, and dry—for all-around industrial part cleaning. The mesh belt (304 stainless steel, adjustable speed 0.5-4m/min) steadily transports parts (hardware, auto components, electronics) through each stage without fixtures.

First, high-pressure spray (5-8bar) blasts loose contaminants; then 28-40kHz ultrasonic waves dissolve stubborn oils/grease. Next, 18.2MΩ·cm pure water rinse eliminates residues, followed by high-velocity wind cut (0.6-0.9MPa) removes surface moisture, and final hot air dry (60-100℃) ensures 100% dryness.

Ø The equipment frame is made of imported stainless steel square tube and profile.

Ø The equipment tank and chamber are made of imported SUS304L plate with a thickness of 2.5mm respectively. The equipment door panel is made of SUS304 stainless steel plate, and the front side front panel is transparent tempered glass window with T=5mm.
