1. Load precious metal raw materials into the hermetically sealed melting chamber. The system evacuates ambient air and fills high-purity inert gas to fully isolate oxygen, eliminating high-temperature oxidation and metal volatilization loss for large-batch materials.
2. The 60KW high-frequency induction heating system raises the material temperature evenly to a maximum of 1500℃, with ±1℃ temperature accuracy to ensure complete melting and homogeneous alloy composition even for full-capacity feeds.
3. Fully molten metal flows through precision drip nozzles at the bottom of the crucible, forms evenly sized droplets under gravity, and drops into the closed circulating cooling water tank.
4. Droplets solidify rapidly into high-sphericity metal granules. The fully enclosed production process generates no dust, and cooling water operates in a closed loop to achieve near-zero wastewater discharge, complying with green industrial production standards.
