2. Working Principle

1. Load bulk precious metal raw materials into the hermetically sealed melting chamber. The system evacuates ambient air and fills high-purity inert gas to fully isolate oxygen, eliminating high-temperature oxidation and metal volatilization loss even for 100kg large-batch feeds.
2. The 60KW high-frequency induction heating system raises the material temperature evenly to a maximum of 1500℃, with ±1℃ temperature accuracy to ensure complete melting and homogeneous alloy composition across the full batch.
3. Fully molten metal flows through precision drip nozzles at the bottom of the crucible, forms evenly sized droplets under gravity, and drops into the closed circulating cooling water tank.
4. Droplets solidify rapidly into high-sphericity metal granules. The fully enclosed production process generates no dust, and cooling water operates in a closed loop to achieve near-zero wastewater discharge, complying with global green industrial production standards.
5. Finished granules are discharged directly via the bottom valve, ready for direct use in downstream large-scale industrial production and standardized delivery.
