2. Working Principle

1. Load precious metal raw materials into the sealed melting chamber. The system evacuates air and fills high-purity inert gas to fully isolate oxygen and prevent high-temperature oxidation.
2. The 20KW high-frequency induction system heats the metal evenly up to 1500℃, with temperature accuracy controlled at ±1℃ to ensure complete melting and uniform alloy composition.
3. Fully molten metal flows through precision drip nozzles at the bottom of the crucible, forms evenly sized droplets under gravity and falls into the circulating cooling water tank.
4. Droplets rapidly solidify into high-sphericity metal granules. The fully enclosed structure generates no dust, and cooling water is recycled to achieve near-zero wastewater discharge.
5. Finished granules are discharged directly from the bottom valve, ready for downstream production and processing.
