2. Working Principle

1. Load precious metal raw materials into the hermetically sealed melting chamber. The system evacuates ambient air and fills high-purity inert gas to completely isolate oxygen and eliminate high-temperature oxidation and discoloration.
2. The 20KW high-frequency induction heating system raises the material temperature evenly to a maximum of 1500℃, with ±1℃ temperature accuracy to ensure full, consistent melting and homogeneous alloy composition.
3. Fully molten metal flows through precision drip nozzles at the bottom of the crucible, forms evenly sized droplets under gravity, and drops into the closed circulating cooling water tank.
4. Droplets solidify rapidly into high-sphericity metal granules. The fully enclosed production process generates no dust, and cooling water operates in a closed loop to achieve near-zero wastewater discharge.
5. Finished granules are discharged directly via the bottom valve, ready for direct use in downstream production processes.
