1. Product Overview
The SSM-GVR5 and SSM-GVR6 are medium-capacity vacuum granulating machines from SanSong Melt’s granulation system series, built with German granulation technology and imported core components. They share the same body structure, heating power and performance configuration, with standard gold processing capacities of 5kg and 6kg respectively to match different single-batch feeding demands.
Both models complete one full melting & granulation cycle in 3–5 minutes under vacuum inert gas protection, produce smooth oxide-free spherical granules in 1.8–4mm size, and come with a built-in vacuum pump as standard. They are widely used in jewelry manufacturing, precious metal refining, electroplating and material processing industries. Our full series covers 3kg, 4kg, 5kg, 6kg, 8kg, 10kg, 20kg, 50kg and 100kg capacities, with custom specifications and OEM service available.

2. Working Principle

  1. Load raw materials into the sealed melting chamber, evacuate air and fill with inert gas to isolate oxygen and prevent oxidation.
  2. High-frequency induction heating melts the metal evenly at up to 1500℃, with temperature accuracy controlled at ±1℃ to ensure uniform alloy composition.
  3. Molten metal passes through precision drip nozzles at the bottom, forms uniform droplets by gravity and falls into the circulating cooling water tank.
  4. Droplets solidify into high-sphericity metal granules rapidly. The fully enclosed system generates no dust, and cooling water is recycled for near-zero wastewater discharge.
  5. Collect finished granules directly from the discharge valve for downstream production.
