Production Method of Samarium Oxide
The main production method is oxalate precipitation: using samarium chloride or samarium nitrate solution as raw material, adjusting pH to 2 with oxalic acid, then precipitating samarium oxalate by adding ammonia water. After heating and aging, separation and washing, the product is dried at 110°C and finally calcined at 900-1000°C to obtain samarium oxide.
