1. Product Overview

NEW-FLOW ETS3000X explosion-proof temperature switch adopts gas/liquid filled thermal expansion sensing principle, matched with remote stainless steel capillary for long-distance temperature detection.

Die-cast aluminum explosion-proof enclosure meets international hazardous area standards, NEMA4X & IP65 waterproof dustproof. Built-in pure silver SPDT microswitch provides stable on-off signal for temperature alarm, pump/valve interlock, furnace overheat protection. Two contact options (1 contact / 2 contacts) support dual-point temperature control.

  • Full explosion certification: Class I Groups B/C/D, Class II E/F/G, NEMA 4/7/9, IP65
  • Two sensing types for full temperature coverage

    Liquid-filled: -70℃ ~ +400℃, max capillary 20m

    Gas-filled: -200℃ ~ +650℃, max capillary 30m

  • 1~2 SPDT microswitch, 999.9 pure silver contacts, long service life
  • Electrical rating: 250VAC 5A / 28VDC 5A (resistive), 3A (inductive)
  • Adjustable differential: ±1.6% ~ 3% FS, internal calibration without disassembly
  • Wetted parts SS316 stainless steel, anti-corrosion for chemical media
  • Process connection: 1/2" / 3/4" NPT male; Conduit port: 1/2" NPT female
  • Ambient working temp: -20℃ ~ +70℃, stable under harsh outdoor environment
