Harbour Portal Gantry Crane Introduction

Luffing gantry crane mainly used for the loading and unloading operations of outdoor cargo yard, stock yard cargo and bulk cargo.The metal structure is like a door-shaped frame. Two legs are installed under the load-bearing main beam, which can be directly walked on the ground track, and the two ends of the main beam can have overhanging cantilever beams. Nnew portal luffing crane used for lifting devides into two types : One is single-link portal crane, and the other is four-link portal crane:

Single-link portal luffing crane is a kind of hoisting machine especially used inport,harbour, dock, shipyard with small investment for loading and unloading front apron container, sundries and bulk cargo.It mainly includes the following units: crane strong steel frame, lifting mechanism,luffing mechanism, slewing mechanism, traveling mechanism .

Four-link portal luffing crane has been extensively applied to loading and unloading at port and materiel handing at dockyard and metallurgy industry, the mainstructures are composedof steel frame, lifting mechanism, luffing mechanism, slewing mechanism, traveling mechanism,spreader device (grab, container spreader, and hook and electric dist), electrical equipment and other accessory equipments for safety.
