GYTS53 Outdoor Communication Large-Core Structure Directly Buried Anti-Ant Double Armoured Fiber Optical Cable
The structure of GYTS53 optical cable features 250μm optical fiber sheathed in a loose tube made of high modulus material, with the loose tube filled with waterproof compound. The cable core center contains a metal reinforced core. For certain optical fiber cables, a layer of polyethylene (PE) is extruded outside the metal reinforced core. The loose tube (and filler rope) is twisted around the central reinforcing core to form a compact, round cable core, with gaps filled with water blocking fillers. Plastic coated steel tape is longitudinally wrapped and then extruded with a polyethylene inner sheath. Double-sided plastic coated steel tape (PSP) is longitudinally wrapped and then extruded with polyethylene sheath to complete the cable assembly.

1. For flame retardant cable, outer sheath can be made of low-smoke halogen-free (LSZH) material, and the type is GYTZS.
