11KV 33KV 66KV 115KV Medium Voltage silicone rubber 36kv composite polymer pin insulator


115kV silicone rubber composite insulator is designed for use in 115kV transmission and distribution lines as a high-performance suspension insulator. The core consists of a 24 mm epoxy resin and acid-resistant glass fiber rod, providing excellent tensile strength and long-term durability. The weather sheds are made of HTV silicone rubber, offering superior hydrophobicity, weather resistance, and anti-aging performance.

This 115kV composite insulator can withstand a Specified Mechanical Load (SML) of 120 kN, ensuring high mechanical reliability under tension. The total length is 1175 mm with a creepage distance of 3810 mm. Both ends are equipped with Y-Clevis 19 (IEC 61466-1) and Ball ANSI 52-5 fittings, featuring 86 μm hot-dip galvanized coating for excellent corrosion protection.

In terms of electrical performance, it ensures reliable insulation under all conditions, featuring 350 kV dry and 300 kV wet power frequency flashover voltage, and a 590 kV impulse flashover voltage.

The 115kV silicone rubber composite insulator is widely used in power transmission projects across the Americas, providing a dependable solution for high-voltage overhead line systems.
