220kV Composite Polymer Suspension Long Rod Insulator IEC61109

The 220kV composite polymer suspension long rod insulator is built to meet the demands of modern high-voltage transmission infrastructure. It features a high-strength epoxy fiberglass core and hydrophobic silicone rubber sheds, ensuring excellent resistance to pollution, UV, and aging in severe environments.

For 220kV overhead lines, the installation of corona rings is highly recommended. These rings optimize voltage distribution at the end fittings and minimize corona discharge, improving overall system performance and extending insulator lifespan.

To suit varying mechanical and structural requirements, this insulator can be customized by mechanical load ratings such as 70kN, 120kN, or 160kN, and tailored to your design drawings.
