Product Features and Advantages

Clamping unit:
1. Newly designed clamping mechanism, running smoothly and quickly, especially upgraded overall mechanical strength, good rigidity, small deformation, small internal stress, good fatigue resistance.
2. Internal pressure and external bending center clamping structure, the template is evenly stressed and deformed, better protects the mold, and effectively extends the use time of the mold and template.
3. Large mold opening stroke, can manufacture more complex products.

Injection unit:
1. It adopts a double-cylinder injection structure, which has higher stability, larger injection volume, higher precision, and can also be applied to two-color products, with wider applicability.
2. The precise double linear guide rail design of the overall injection platform support structure ensures accurate and fast injection start speed.
3. The injection power adopts a five-star motor to provide kinetic energy, which has high efficiency, large torque output, smooth operation, compact structure and high durability.

Hydraulic power unit:
1. It adopts servo motor plus internal gear pump power system to realize the power output mode of how much energy is needed and how much power is given, reducing energy loss.
2. The hydraulic components adopt well-known brands, adopt high-speed, super-large, special oil circuit design, large flow, low noise and stable performance.

Electronic control unit:
Adopt Taiwan Techmation computer, the system response speed is fast, the execution accuracy of the machine is higher, the large-size touch screen is used, and the multi-language system is configured, which is better adapted to the servo system,better operability, and wider applicability.
