Process Overview

The non-drying double-roller extrusion granulator process offers versatile powder processing capabilities without requiring material humidification or heating. This efficient system directly processes materials into particles suitable for both organic and inorganic fertilizers, as well as feed applications.

Production Process
  1. Add qualified raw materials into the mixer according to ratio requirements and mix evenly
  2. Transport to disc feeder, removing metallic substances during transportation
  3. Material enters extrusion granulator and is forced between two pressure rollers to form flakes
  4. Flakes are broken into pieces by coarse crusher and sieved
  5. Semi-finished products are transported to finished screening machine
  6. Fine particles return to disc feeder; large particles are crushed and returned
  7. Qualified products are transported to automatic packaging scale for weighing, packaging, and storage
