The electric motor drives the pulley, and the transmission belt is transmitted through the speed reducer to a pair of two high-pressure roller bodies with a sliding mold shell to perform relative work.
Features beautiful appearance, simple operation, low energy consumption, long service life and high granulation rate. Advanced compound fertilizer granulation equipment with wide application range.

The roller granulation system operates on extrusion sliding model principle. Driven by motor belt and pulley through reducer to drive shaft, synchronized with passive shaft via open gears for opposite work. Material fed from hopper, extruded through rolls, stripped and pelletized, then transferred to crushing sieve studio for separation of finished pellets. Continuous rotation enables mass production.
