Working Principle
The roller granulation system operates on an extrusion sliding model. Driven by motor belt and pulley through the reducer to the drive shaft, and synchronized with the passive shaft via open gears, the system works in opposite rotation. Material is fed from the hopper, extruded through the roll, stripped and pelletized, then transferred via chain to the crushing sieve studio where finished product pellets are separated. The feed is mixed with new material for continuous granulation. With continuous motor rotation and material input, mass production is achieved.
