This lightweight Pink Butcher Paper is specifically designed for bakeries and patisseries. At 66 g/㎡, it provides a non‑stick surface for baking trays while absorbing excess butter and oils from cookies, pastries, and bread. The chlorine‑free oxygen bleaching delivers a clean, hygienic white appearance. Heat resistant up to 180°C, it does not char or release harmful substances. Fully food‑grade with FDA and EU certification, it is the professional choice for high‑volume baking operations.

Oxygen delignification bleaching creates white pulp without chlorine. Beating degree 25‑35°SR ensures wet strength and oil absorption. Paper is formed, pressed, dried at 105‑115°C, and softly calendered for a smooth, powder‑free surface. No wax or film coating – breathability maintained. Optional food‑grade rosin sizing provides water resistance.
