Description

This 26 g/㎡ heavy tissue paper is the standard for gift packaging – wrapping individual shoes, lining shoeboxes, and separating uppers from soles. Higher basis weight delivers exceptional tear resistance (tear index ≥3.5 mN·m²/g) and stiffness, preventing crumpling during transport. Acid‑free and non‑abrasive, it protects leather, suede, and synthetic materials. Customizable with brand logos via flexographic printing.

Process Introduction

Blend of 80% softwood + 20% hardwood kraft pulp. Beating degree 30‑35°SR (slightly higher than lighter papers) for extra fiber bonding. Surface sizing with oxidized starch (5‑8%) to prevent dusting. Soft calendering for smoothness but retains some bulk. Roll or sheet form; sheet size 787*1092 mm common for shoe boxes. Optional water‑based flexo printing with food‑grade ink.
