Introduction

The Automatic Heated Wax Filling Machine is designed for accurate filling of heated liquid, paste, wax based and semi solid products including lip balm, hair wax, lipstick, sunblock balm, deodorant, candle wax and cosmetic creams.

The machine combines heating, stirring, quantitative filling and conveyor transfer in one production system. The jacketed hopper provides uniform heating during production, while the pump and filling nozzle can be heated independently to help maintain stable material temperature throughout the filling process.

A gear pump quantitative filling system delivers stable and efficient dosing performance. Filling speed can reach approximately 20 to 70 bottles per minute, depending on filling volume, material characteristics and nozzle configuration.

The machine uses PLC and touch screen control, providing convenient parameter adjustment and straightforward operation. Standard hopper capacities include 30L and 80L, while filling nozzle quantities can be customized from 2 to 12 nozzles according to required production output.

An optional cooling tunnel can be added after filling, especially suitable for products requiring rapid cooling and solidification.
