Automatic lotion cream toothpaste soft tube filling and sealing machine with automatic tube feeder

Introduction

The Automatic Tube Filling and Sealing Machine is widely used in the cosmetic, toothpaste, pharmaceutical, food and personal care industries. It integrates automatic tube loading, color mark detection, filling, sealing, batch number printing and tube discharging into one production system, helping improve production efficiency and reduce manual operation.

The machine adopts an internal hot air sealing system equipped with a Swiss LEISTER hot air heater, which heats the inner wall of the tube tail before sealing to achieve stable and neat sealing performance.

Product-contact parts are made of SS316L stainless steel, providing good corrosion resistance and easy cleaning for different filling materials.

The automatic tube loader can be adjusted according to different tube lengths, allowing tubes to be fed continuously into the machine. Each tube mold set includes 9 tube holders, which can be customized according to the tube diameter, size and shape.


Features

  1. The filling and sealing part is installed above the platform, and the semi-closed non-static outer frame can be seen inside the visible cover, which is easy to observe, operate and maintain;
  2. Stainless steel operation panel, plexiglass protective cover and door protection function installed;
  3. The upper tube device is equipped with a vacuum adsorption device. After the upper tube interacts with the pressure tube device, the hose is inserted into the upper tube station;
  4. Optoelectronic benchmarking station, using high-precision probes, stepper motors, etc. to control the hose pattern to be in the correct position;
  5. No tube and no filling, after the injection is completed, the air blowing device blows off the tail of the paste; anti-drawing, anti-drip filling;
  6. The waste cutting manipulator cuts the waste edge at the tail of the hose, and has special-shaped sealing such as right angle, R angle or arc;
  7. Failure alarm, overload shutdown, water pressure protection, air pressure protection.
