Single-pack polyurethane waterproof paint is a reactive moisture-curing polymer waterproof coating. Its main ingredients consist of isocyanate and polyether, which are mixed with a variety of auxiliary agents such as mixed latent curing agents and plasticizers. Through a special manufacturing process involving high-temperature dehydration and polymerization, the paint is produced. When coated onto the waterproof base course, the -NCO end groups of the polyurethane prepolymer react with the moisture in the surrounding air, forming a tough, pliable, and seamless rubber-like waterproof membrane on the base course’s surface.
With a ready-to-use formula, this paint allows for easy and quick on-site construction. It has moderate requirements for the moisture content of the base course, enabling construction on slightly wet substrates and in high relative humidity environments. A single application can achieve a thickness of 1-3mm, resulting in a compact film that is free of pinholes and air bubbles. The paint’s color can be tailored to meet the unique personalized surface color demands of different clients.

- Strong adhesion
- High tensile strength, high elongation, and excellent elasticity
- Strong adaptability to the shrinkage, cracking, and deformation of the base layer
Store the materials in a dry and well-ventilated indoor space; during transportation, strictly prevent exposure to sunlight and rain, avoid collisions, and pay attention to fire prevention; the product has a storage period of half a year, and products beyond the storage period can only be used after passing re-inspection.
