Product Introduction

This single-component polyurethane waterproof coating is a type of reactive moisture-curing polymer waterproof material. It is formulated with isocyanate and polyether as the main raw materials, along with various auxiliary agents such as mixed latent curing agents and plasticizers. Through specialized processes including high-temperature dehydration and polymerization reactions, the final coating is made. When applied to the waterproof base, the -NCO end groups of the polyurethane prepolymer chemically react with atmospheric moisture, forming a sturdy, flexible, and seamless rubber waterproof membrane on the base’s surface.

Product Description

The coating is ready for immediate use after opening, ensuring hassle-free on-site construction. It has lenient standards for the base layer’s moisture content, allowing it to be applied on relatively damp base surfaces and in environments with high relative humidity. A single coat can reach a thickness between 1mm and 3mm, creating a dense film with no pinholes or bubbles. The color of the coating is adjustable, fulfilling the personalized surface color requirements of different customers.
