Single-component polyurethane waterproof coating is a reactive moisture-curing polymer waterproof material. Its core raw materials are isocyanate and polyether, which are combined with various additives such as mixed latent curing agents and plasticizers. Through special processes including high-temperature dehydration and polymerization, the finished coating is formed. When applied to the waterproof base layer, the -NCO end groups in the polyurethane prepolymer undergo a chemical reaction with moisture in the air, forming a tough, flexible, and seamless rubber-like waterproof film on the substrate surface.
This coating is ready to use right after opening the bucket, enabling convenient on-site construction. It has lenient requirements for the moisture content of the base layer, allowing application on relatively damp substrates and under conditions of high relative humidity. A single coat can reach a thickness of 1-3mm, resulting in a dense film without pinholes or bubbles. Moreover, its color is customizable to meet the personalized surface color demands of different customers.

- Strong adhesion
- High tensile strength, high elongation, and excellent elasticity
- Strong adaptability to the shrinkage, cracking, and deformation of the base layer
Store the materials in a dry and well-ventilated indoor space; during transportation, strictly prevent exposure to sunlight and rain, avoid collisions, and pay attention to fire prevention; the product has a storage period of half a year, and products beyond the storage period can only be used after passing re-inspection.
