Description

Product Introduction

Single-pack polyurethane waterproof coating is a reactive moisture-curing polymer waterproof coating. Its main raw materials are isocyanate and polyether, which are blended with a range of additives including mixed latent curing agents and plasticizers. Through a special production process that includes high-temperature dehydration and polymerization, the coating is manufactured. When applied to the waterproof base course, the -NCO end groups of the polyurethane prepolymer react with the moisture in the air, forming a tough, supple, and seamless rubber-type waterproof film on the base course’s surface.

Product Description

The product is ready for use as soon as it is opened on-site, providing convenient construction conditions. It has relaxed requirements for the moisture content of the base course, and can be constructed on relatively wet base surfaces as well as in high relative humidity environments. A single coating can achieve a thickness of 1-3mm, and the film is dense without any pinholes or bubbles. The color of the coating can be adjusted to meet the personalized surface color demands of different customers.
