Product Introduction

As a type of reactive moisture-cured macromolecular waterproof coating, one-component polyurethane waterproof coating is manufactured with isocyanate and polyether as the main raw materials. It is mixed with additives like mixed latent curing agents and plasticizers, and then processed via specialized techniques involving high-temperature dehydration and polymerization reactions. After being brushed onto the waterproof base, the -NCO terminal groups in the polyurethane prepolymer react chemically with atmospheric moisture, creating a robust, pliable, and joint-free rubber waterproof membrane on the base surface.

With a ready-to-apply formula, this coating offers hassle-free construction on-site. It does not impose strict restrictions on the moisture level of the base layer, making it applicable to moderately wet substrates and in environments with high relative humidity. A single application can achieve a thickness ranging from 1mm to 3mm, producing a compact film that is free of pinholes and air bubbles. The color of the coating is adjustable, catering to the diverse personalized color preferences of different clients for the surface finish.
