Hydraulic Unwinding Slitter Easy Loading Of 800mm Large Jumbo Roll
Basic Use:

Primarily used for adhesive slitting processes of Kapton Tape, electronic films, PE, TPU, PET, kraft paper, washi tape, BOPP, and other adhesive tapes.

Equipment Advantages:
  • Control: Hikawa Motion Control System, enabling automatic taper tension adjustment. During the strip separation process, different tensions are generated due to variations in material thickness and winding diameter.
  • Rolling: Servo control for active and auxiliary traction, servo control for the rolling press rollers. The rolls are positioned alternately for top and bottom rolling. It has a dual-axis folding function, enabling orderly material feeding during the strip rolling process and reducing production time. The upper and lower rolling uses 4.4kw independent servo control for tension, and the system is equipped with automatic linear tension.
  • Automatic tensioning for winding and unwinding, stable tension, smooth start and stop; Servo motor for torque winding, stable and precise tension, exquisite winding, flat end face
  • Roller: All the rubber-covered rollers are coated with plasma nano-coating, which provides excellent anti-sticking properties.
  • Flattening: Straighten the bent rod and unfold it. Suitable for gold fingers, green rubber, bopp, and paper strips and other materials.
  • Discharge: Independent discharge rack, unwinding equipped with hydraulic feeding system, 10kg magnetic powder brake.
  • Operation: Utilizes a 15-inch screen. The operation is simple and clear.
  • Rolling up: Utilizes servo control in conjunction with a divider to perform precise and error-free operations.
  • Waste collection: Utilize servo collection method. Roller collection structure.
