Product Characteristics
  • Control System: HCFA motion control system is equipped on the equipment, characterized by precise parameter setting and high operating speed.
  • Drive System: 1500W three-phase asynchronous motor drives the main spindle. Circular blade adopts 750W servo motor with planetary reducer for power transmission.
  • Cross Travel: 750W servo motor drives HIWIN 2020 ball screw and 25 linear guides. Positioning error is controlled within ±0.02mm over 1000mm moving distance.
  • Blade Feed: HIWIN 2005 ball screw plus 25 linear guides powered by a 750W servo motor, maintaining stable feeding strength and high precision.
  • Waste Pusher: HIWIN 1610 ball screw controlled by 400W servo motor ensures accurate positioning during waste pushing.
  • Material Ejector: With HIWIN 2005 ball screw, 25 linear guides and 750W servo drive, the structure effectively protects materials against damage.
  • Surface Treatment: QBQ surface treatment is applied on blade holder and cross travel parts to enhance hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and restrain deformation.
  • Operation Interface: A 10-inch main touch screen is adopted, making operation simple and visual for operators.
  • Lighting System: Complete integrated lighting covers electrical cabinet door opening, machine cabinet door opening and running operation illumination.
  • Blade System: Circular blade maximum diameter: 160mm, fitted with stainless steel protective blade housing.
  • Feeding System: Manual height adjustment available at feeding station to adapt to different finished product diameters; cylinder drives feeding action.
  • Waste Discharge: Automatic front and rear waste discharge function. Waste is delivered via inclined conveyor for subsequent packaging.
  • Product Discharge: Automatic orderly discharging of finished products, enabling direct connection with downstream packaging equipment.
  • Chuck System: High-speed expanding rotary chuck offers stable clamping. It keeps paper cores intact and prevents slippage in slitting process to avoid blade chipping.
  • Integration Capability: Suitable for inline installation after automatic rewinding machines. It accomplishes automatic feeding, slitting, waste discharge and orderly finished output, lowering labor cost and adapting to automatic production lines.
