Primarily used for adhesive slitting processes of Kapton Tape, electronic films, PE, TPU, PET, kraft paper, washi tape, BOPP, and other adhesive tapes.

• Control System: Adopts Hikawa Motion Control System to support automatic taper tension adjustment. In the strip separating procedure, differing material thickness and winding diameters will lead to inconsistent tension values.
• Rolling Unit: Active traction and auxiliary traction are driven by servo motors; rolling press rollers also feature servo control. The rollers implement alternating top and bottom rolling layout. Built-in dual-axis folding capability ensures neat material feeding during strip rolling and shortens production cycles. Upper and lower rolling sections adopt 4.4kW separate servo tension control, paired with an automatic linear tension system.
• Both winding and unwinding sections support automatic tension regulation, delivering consistent tension performance with smooth startup and shutdown. Torque winding powered by servo motors guarantees steady, accurate tension for tidy winding results and smooth roll end faces.
• Roller Components: Every rubber-coated roller receives plasma nano-coating treatment to achieve superior anti-adhesion performance.
• Flattening Module: Capable of straightening bent strips and unfolding materials. Compatible with gold fingers, green rubber, BOPP, paper strips and more raw materials.
• Discharging Structure: Comes with a standalone discharge rack. The unwinding station is fitted with a hydraulic feeding system and a 10kg magnetic powder brake.
• Operation: Utilizes a 15-inch screen. The operation is simple and clear.
• Operation Panel: Equipped with a 15-inch display, offering intuitive and straightforward operation.
• Winding Mechanism: Servo control works with a divider to realize high-precision operation with minimal errors.
• Waste Recycling: Implements servo-driven waste collection with roller-type collecting construction.
