Mainly used for the cutting of electrical adhesives, electronic films, grid tapes, PE, TPU, PET, kraft paper, and paper tapes, BOPP, tapes, as well as acrylic, double-sided tapes, and masking tape, etc.

1. Heikawa Motion Control System supports 12 cutting modes to process products of various widths. Users can flexibly define the start row and end row for cutting, and three feed speed options are provided.5000W servo system controls the spindle, and the circular cutter is driven by a separate 3300W servo unit. The equipment will shut down immediately once an alarm is triggered to protect the cutter from breaking.
2. NSK 3210 lead screw and 35 guide rails realize lateral movement under 1500W servo drive. Position tolerance is kept within ±0.02mm for 1000mm moving distance.
3. Upper silver 3210 screw and 30 guide rails form the feed mechanism with 1500W servo control, ensuring stable feeding strength and high precision.
4. Swing angle adjustment uses upper silver 1610 screw rod with 400W servo control. The adjustable angle limit is -9.5° minimum and +9.5° maximum.
5. A 60W water pump undertakes cutting cooling tasks. Accurate needle valves adjust water volume to achieve quiet cooling.
6. QBQ treatment is carried out on knife holder and lateral moving components. This treatment improves hardness, as well as resistance against wear, corrosion and deformation.
7. Operation Screen: 15-inch main display, featuring easy-to-learn and clear operation logic.Overall Lighting Configuration: Independent lighting for electrical box opening, machine cabinet opening and machine startup operation.
8. Stainless steel dry-wet separated structure is adopted for the knife box. In the wet area, sponge absorbs cutting silicone oil; wool felt cleans the blade in the dry area, reducing silicone oil residue on finished materials.
9. Drainage System: Stainless steel diversion pipelines for drainage prevent silicone oil spillage during operation.
10. Reversal Structure: Heavy-duty divider matched with a 1000W servo motor executes flipping work with zero operational errors. Emergency stopping can be performed anytime. After alarm reset, the system automatically revises and calibrates flipping actions based on actual running status.
11. Four axes can work simultaneously for cutting. Operators can utilize idle axes to finish loading and unloading, saving production time and improving efficiency.
12. Supports tool rest installation, suitable for products with spindle core of 25mm or below.
