This machine is designed for slitting narrow-width adhesive tapes, including electrical tape, washi tape, masking tape, double-sided adhesive tape and other adhesive materials. Features: Four spindles perform slitting simultaneously to greatly boost production efficiency; each circular cutter can be adjusted independently.

1. The machine is configured with the VECON PLC control system, which offers 12 working modes to cut materials with various widths. Operators are allowed to set start points and cutting end positions freely, and three different cutter feed speeds are available for slitting processing.
2. A 5500W Shihlin frequency converter powers the main spindle, and the circular cutter is driven by a 3700W Shihlin frequency converter. Once an alarm is triggered, the system executes an instant stop to protect the cutter from fracture.
3. HIWIN ball screws and linear guides are adopted in the cross travel mechanism, controlled by a 1000W Shihlin servo motor. Within a 1000mm moving stroke, the positioning tolerance is controlled at ±0.02mm.
4. Equipped with HIWIN ball screw and linear guide, the cutter feeding unit is driven by a 1000W servo motor, ensuring consistent feeding force and superior slitting accuracy.
5. The swing angle assembly utilizes HIWIN ball screw with stepper motor control. Its adjustable swing angle covers the range from -9.5° to +9.5°.
6. The cutter base and cross travel components receive QBQ surface treatment to enhance hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and anti-deformation properties.
7. It comes with a 10-inch main touch screen, delivering intuitive and user-friendly operation.
8. The drainage system adopts stainless steel diversion pipelines, which effectively stop silicone oil splashing while the machine is running.
