Basic Application
Primarily used for adhesive rewinding of automotive foam, foam double-sided tape, BOPP tape, masking tape, double-sided tape, and other similar materials.

Equipped with Hechuan motion control system for automatic taper tension control, generating different tension based on material thickness and winding diameter during rewinding
Active traction with 5.5kW servo control ensures rewinding length accuracy within 5mm-10mm, suitable for high/low tension unwinding with continuous, long-term stable operation
Automatically shifting electronic pressure roller adjusts according to set material thickness, thickness variation, and length changes, maintaining proper gap between pressure roller and winding shaft for flatter finished rolls with consistent tension
Automatic tension winding & unwinding with stable tension and smooth start-stop; servo motor torque winding ensures stable, precise tension for neat rolls with flat end faces
Glue roller surface features nano-coating; all back-up rollers are mirror finished to prevent material scratching; all pressure rollers are silicone rubber construction
Curved spread roller effectively flattens various materials, enabling efficient high-speed rewinding
Dual-shaft winding with roll flipping function; manual cutting and tape splicing; tail pressing roller automatically flattens materials to improve productivity
Material suction worktable with automatic suction during manual cutting, facilitating material joining and tape splicing
10-inch touch screen for simple, intuitive operation
Working width customizable according to materials; available models: 1100, 1300, 1600, etc.
