Metal straightener for flat steel/copper wire/stainless steel wire rim straightening machine

The straightening roller is made of bearing, alloy roller sleeve and hard alloy wheel, which are configured according to product specifications and customer requirements. The straightening roller can be opened with V-groove, U-groove, H-groove and special custom.

Straightening adjustment method: It is related to the center distance between the straightening wheels, either the horizontal or vertical straightening wheel, in the longitudinal direction (i.e., along the forward direction of the copper tube), the distance between two adjacent wheels should be small (but not equal to zero), and the straightening effect will be better, however, the center distance in this direction is fixed and can not be adjusted. However, the center distance in the other direction (For the horizontal straightening wheel is horizontal; for the vertical straightening wheel is vertical ) is adjustable. In this direction, the center distance between adjacent wheels is adjustable. In this direction, the center distance between the two rounds is too large or too small is not enough. Too large is not straight, when too small, after the completion, it will appear the wave shape in the full length. Since the copper tube is hard, the elasticity is bigger, you can adjust the center distance between the two wheels to slightly smaller than the theoretical size, when transferred to a certain extent, it will be straight.
