The machine securely holds sheets and drives the welding torch in linear motion at adjustable speeds. Working Principle
Flat metal sheets are rolled into cylindrical shapes and positioned on the fixture. The pneumatic clamping system securely locks the workpiece. Operators set welding speed, current, and other parameters via the touch screen. The welding torch moves automatically along the straight rail to complete the longitudinal seam in one continuous pass. Uniform heat input minimizes workpiece deformation and ensures airtight, high-quality weld seams.
