Hard Anodizing Line Overview:

  • Process: Lower temperature (0–10°C) and higher voltage (50–120V) in sulfuric acid.
  • Characteristics:
    • Oxide Layer Thickness: 25–150 microns, extremely hard (60–70 HRC).
    • Surface Finish: Matte, dark gray; limited dyeing options (usually black or clear).
    • Corrosion Resistance: Excellent, ideal for harsh environments.
    • Applications: Aerospace components, automotive parts (pistons, gears), defense equipment.
  • Advantages: High wear resistance, thermal insulation, and chemical resistance.
