Stainless Steel Woven Wire Mesh Weaving Type:
①: Plain weave (PW)
Each warp thread crosses above and below each weft thread, the diameter thread is the same thickness as the weft thread, and the warp thread and the weft thread form a 90-degree angle.
②: Twill weave (TW)
The weaving method in which each warp thread crosses up and down every 2 weft threads, and each weft thread crosses over each 2 diameter threads.
③: Dense weave (DW)
The dense mesh is also called a mat mesh. The wire diameters of the warp and weft are different, and the number of meshes is also different.
Dense mesh is divided into mat type mesh plain weave and mat type mesh twill weave.
④: Mat-type mesh twill weave
Each diameter wire crosses up and down every 2 weft wires, and each weft wire crosses above and below every 2 diameter wires.
⑤: Double-wire Dutch weave
This weave is very similar to the twill dutch weave, there are two wefts, which can be stacked closely with the warp. This silk cloth is mostly used for filtering micron-level filtration.
⑥: Five heald weaving
This kind of weaving warp and weft is not made of single wire but woven with several separate wires. This weave is based on the twill weave to provide a stronger and stronger.
