(2) add bearing lubricating oil to the bearing body, observe that the lubricating oil should be replaced or replenished at the center line of the oil mark.
(3) unscrew the water plugs of the rotor pump body and pour water (or pulp) into it.
(4) close the gate valve and outlet pressure gauge of the outlet pipe and import vacuum gauge.
(5) point motor, see if the motor is turning correctly.
(6) the motor is opened. When the rotor pump is running, the outlet pressure meter and the imported vacuum pump are opened, and the gate valve is gradually opened after the proper pressure is displayed, and the load of the motor is checked at the same time.
(7) as far as possible to control the flow of the rotor pump and the lift in the range marked on the sign, in order to ensure the rotor pump running at the highest efficiency point, the maximum energy saving effect can be obtained.
(8) during the operation of the rotor pump, the bearing temperature should not exceed 35 of the ambient temperature, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 80 degrees.
(9) if the abnormal sound of the rotor pump is found, the reason should be stopped immediately.
(10) when the rotor pump is stopped, shut down the gate valve and pressure gauge first, then stop the motor.
(11) the rotor pump can be replaced by lubricating oil for 100 hours in the first month of work, and then replace the oil once every 500 hours.
(12) adjust the packing gland regularly to ensure that the leakage in the packing room is normal.
(13) regularly check the wear of the axle sleeve, and replace it in time when the wear is large.
(14) when the rotor pump is used in the winter season, it is necessary to unscrew the plug of the lower part of the pump body and release the medium. Prevent frost cracking.
(15) the rotor pump will be discontinued for a long time. All pumps should be disassembled and dried. The rotating parts and the joint should be coated with grease and stored properly.
