Product Description
This 1.27 mm pitch PCB male header connector is designed for compact, high-reliability electrical and electronic signal transmission. The dual-row, staggered contacts and right-angle through-hole structure provide secure retention on the PCB while saving vertical space in dense layouts such as server, storage and industrial control boards.
Gold-plated contact areas over a nickel base layer ensure low contact resistance and long-term stability, while tin-plated solder pins provide reliable solderability during wave or selective soldering. The high-temperature, flame-retardant thermoplastic housing withstands standard PCB assembly processes and supports applications in automotive electronics, power management modules and customized wire-to-board / board-to-board interconnect solutions.

Applications
Signal and low-power transmission between SATA-style interfaces and main PCBs in servers, storage devices and network equipment
Embedded control boards, instrumentation and medical electronics requiring compact, reliable header connectors
Automotive ECUs, battery management systems and power distribution modules using customized harnesses mated to 1.27 mm header connectors
Industrial automation controllers, PLC I/O cards and communication modules where tight PCB pitch and robust mating are required
Precautions
Ensure the connector is mated only with compatible SATA-style or matching 1.27 mm pitch female connectors to avoid damage or poor contact.
Do not exceed rated current, voltage or operating temperature; derate appropriately based on PCB copper thickness, ambient temperature and airflow.
Keep pins aligned during handling and assembly; avoid bending or twisting contacts, which can increase contact resistance or reduce mating life.
Follow recommended PCB pad layout and hole size to achieve proper solder fillets and mechanical retention.
During soldering, respect the specified temperature profile and avoid excessive rework to prevent housing deformation or plating degradation.
