Product Description
This PSU power connector cable uses an 8 pin PCIe male to 8 pin PCIe female connector configuration, designed for high-reliability power transmission between power supplies and graphics cards or other add-in boards. Oxygen-free copper conductors and high-temperature insulation ensure low loss and stable current delivery. The braided outer sleeving improves abrasion resistance, cable management and aesthetics inside high-end PC or server chassis. Precision-molded housings and plated terminals provide secure mating, low contact resistance and long service life. Custom configurations are available for length, wire gauge, connector orientation and labeling to match different PSU and GPU layouts.

Applications
Power connection between modular PSU and PCIe graphics card in gaming PCs and workstations
Power harness for GPU computing servers, mining rigs and AI accelerator cards
Customized power cables for industrial control computers or embedded computing systems
Replacement or upgrade PSU cables where improved routing and appearance are required
Precautions
Verify that the connector keying and pin definition match both PSU and GPU before installation.
Do not exceed the rated current or bundle the cable tightly near strong heat sources to avoid overheating.
Ensure all connectors are fully seated and latched before powering on the system.
Avoid excessive bending radius or pulling on the cable to prevent conductor or terminal damage.
For special current or length requirements, confirm specifications with the supplier and request customized cable designs.
