Product Description
This sleeved power cable harness combines dual 8-pin power connectors with high-current copper wires and a black braided outer sleeve for neat routing and enhanced mechanical protection. The harness is designed for stable DC power delivery between a power supply and high-load devices such as GPUs, server boards or industrial control modules.
Each wire is individually insulated, then bundled in a tight PET braid to improve abrasion resistance and reduce cable clutter inside racks or enclosures. The keyed 8-pin connector housing and latch structure help prevent mis-mating and accidental disconnection. Length, wire gauge, connector series and pin definition can be customized to match different equipment and system layouts.

Prototyping and small-batch OEM cable assemblies for electronics manufacturers
Precautions
Confirm the pinout and connector series against your equipment drawings before use to avoid reverse wiring or short circuits.
Do not exceed the rated current and voltage; select appropriate wire gauge and harness length according to the load requirements.
This harness is designed for low-voltage DC power and should not be used for mains AC applications.
When installing, push and pull on the connector housing, not on the wires or braid, to avoid damaging terminations.
Avoid sharp bends, crushing or continuous mechanical stress; maintain a reasonable bending radius to protect conductors and insulation.
If used in high-vibration environments, secure the harness with cable ties or clamps to reduce movement and strain on the terminals.
