Product Description
This cable harness converts a standard SATA power output from a PC or server power supply to a compact 3-wire board connector. It is ideal when a device or control PCB does not accept a full-size SATA plug but still needs stable 5 V and 12 V power rails.
Stranded copper conductors provide low-loss power delivery, while crimped terminals and locking housings ensure a secure electrical connection. Color-coded wires make polarity identification straightforward during assembly and maintenance. The harness is slim and flexible, helping to reduce clutter in dense chassis layouts and around PCB power headers.
Various connector combinations, pin pitches, and cable lengths can be customized to match your PCB design, enclosure size, and current requirements.

Applications
Power connection from SATA power outputs to small controller boards, fans, relay boards, or indicator modules in servers and desktop PCs.
Internal wiring for industrial control units, storage arrays, and embedded systems using SATA power rails.
Customized harnesses for automotive electronics, LED light bars, and low-voltage DC power distribution modules.
OEM and ODM projects requiring dedicated power cables between PSU harnesses and proprietary PCB terminals.
Precautions
Verify the pin assignment and voltage mapping at both connectors before installation; incorrect wiring may damage boards or drives.
Ensure the load current does not exceed the specified rating of the cable, connector, or power supply rail.
Avoid excessive bending radius or repeated sharp flexing, especially near the terminations.
Make sure both the SATA connector and PCB connector are fully inserted and latched before powering the system.
For high-temperature or high-vibration applications, consider additional strain relief, cable ties, or upgraded wire insulation as required.
