Product Description
This single-core lead wire is assembled with a crimped metal ring terminal connector on one side and a stripped or tinned conductor on the other side, providing a simple and robust solution for low-voltage power and ground connections. The stranded copper wire cable ensures low resistance and stable current flow, while the crimp area is tightly compressed and covered with an insulating sleeve to prevent accidental short circuits.
The ring terminal can be fixed to chassis studs, busbars or battery posts, and the free end can be connected to screw-type terminal blocks, PCB terminals, barrier strips or other electrical connectors, making it ideal for customized harness layouts in automotive, energy storage, inverter, UPS and server power systems.

Precautions
Select appropriate wire gauge and ring size according to the rated current and stud diameter of the installation.
Ensure the ring terminal sits flat on the contact surface; tighten nuts or screws to the recommended torque to avoid overheating.
Route the wire away from sharp edges, moving parts and hot components; use clamps or cable ties for strain relief.
Do not exceed the specified voltage or temperature ratings of the insulation material.
When used for protective earth or grounding, verify that the connection points are clean and free of paint, rust or oil to guarantee low-impedance paths.
