Product Description
This 7-pin SATA female wire solder connector is designed for compact electrical and signal transmission between PCB-mounted SATA interfaces and remote devices. The connector uses a high-temperature thermoplastic housing and copper-alloy terminals with gold-plated contact areas to maintain low contact resistance and stable data integrity during high-speed operation.
Solder-termination tails allow direct connection to discrete wires or bundled cables, making it ideal for customized harness solutions. Options for wire gauge, cable jacket material, color, labeling and strain-relief over-molding are available to match different installation environments.

Precautions
Ensure the mating SATA plug and this female connector share the same pin definition and pitch before assembly.
Follow recommended soldering practices; avoid excessive heating of the plastic housing during manual or automated soldering.
Select appropriate wire gauge and insulation rating according to system current, voltage, and temperature requirements; observe derating at elevated temperatures.
Provide strain relief or over-molding at the cable exit to prevent conductor fatigue from repeated bending or vibration.
Keep contact surfaces clean and free from contamination; avoid plugging/unplugging under load whenever possible for longest connector life.
