Product Description:

Radar Level Instrument is capable of accurately measuring the maximum distance up to 120 meters.

The maximum measurement accuracy of the radar level measuring instrument is extremely high, yet the device is simple to use which makes it beneficial to many industrial manufacturers. High resolution achievable with the radar measurements helps reduce errors in measurement and also reduce manual inspection time.

Radar measurement: Measuring Principle
Radar level meter works with high-frequency radar pulses which are emitted by an antenna and reflected from the medium surface due to a change of the dc value (relative dielectric constant). The Time-of-Flight of the reflected radar pulse is directly proportional to the distance traveled. If the tank geometry is known, the level can be calculated from this variable.

  • 1. The measurement accuracy of millimeter-wave radar can reach ± 1mm, and the measurement blind area is 50mm.
    2. Smaller antenna size, to meet the more working conditions for measurement.
    3.A variety of lens antennas, 3 emission Angle, more concentrated energy, stronger echo signal, under the same industrial and mining conditions, with higher reliability than other radar products.
    4. It is more penetrating and can be used normally in the case of adhesion and condensation.
    5.The dynamic signal range is larger and is more stable for measurements of low permittivity media.
    6.Multiple measurement modes, and the radar reaction time is less than 1S in the rapid measurement mode.
