The TWL100 Automatic Wrap-Around Round Bottle Labeling Machine is engineered for full 360-degree label coverage on cylindrical containers. Using a precision-controlled container rotation mechanism synchronized with label dispensing, it applies a single label that wraps completely around the bottle or can circumference with seamless overlap control. Ideal for products requiring maximum branding surface such as beverage bottles, supplement containers, food jars, and personal care packaging.
Containers enter via the adjustable feed conveyor with spacing mechanism. The photoelectric sensor triggers label dispensing while the rotation drive precisely rotates each container through a full 360-degree cycle. The label is peeled from the backing web and rolled smoothly around the container circumference. The final pressing roller ensures uniform adhesion with no bubbles, wrinkles, or edge lifting. All parameters are controlled through the PLC touch screen with stored recipes for different container sizes.
