The AGP3000 is a Pirani composite vacuum gauge with a wide range of pressure measurement capabilities. It integrates advanced pressure sensor modules and MEMS Pirani vacuum sensor chips. This vacuum gauge is not only powerful in function but also easy to operate, equipped with a color liquid crystal display (TFT-LCD) and intuitive button control, providing analog voltage output and RS485 communication protocol, facilitating users to connect and exchange data with various devices and systems.

The AGP3000 supports the switching of three common units: Pa, Torr, and mbar. It is equipped with a standard KF16 pressure interface and can be optionally equipped with different adapters to ensure seamless connection with various devices and systems.

Before leaving the factory, the accuracy, repeatability, and response time of the AGP3000 have been rigorously tested and calibrated to ensure that each vacuum gauge can achieve outstanding performance.

The AGP3000 Pirani composite vacuum gauge is widely used in various precision measurement scenarios with medium to low vacuum requirements, such as vacuum baking, vacuum packaging, vacuum coating, vacuum heat treatment, vacuum brazing, vacuum coating, metal smelting, semiconductor intelligent equipment, photovoltaic equipment and other industries and fields.
