Description:
All Dielectric Self-Supporting Fiber Optic Cable ADSS is loose tube stranded. 200um or 250um Bare Fibers, are positioned into a loose tube made of high modulus plastics. The tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound. The tubes (and fillers) are stranded around a FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) as a non-metallic central strength member into a compact and circular cable core. After the cable core is filled with filling compound. It is covered with thin PE (polyethylene) inner sheath. After stranded layer of aramid yarns are applied over the inner sheath as strength member, the cable is completed with PE or AT (anti-tracking) outer sheath.
Application:
1.Long distance telecom, LAN in high voltage area or access to telecom network;
2.For power transmission system, much thunder areas and high electro-magnetic inerference.
Features:
1.Non metallic structure provides good insulation, excellent lightning resistant.
2.Proper design, precise control for fiber excess length and distinct stranding process render the cable excellent mechanical and environmental properties.
3.Anti-electromagnetism ability.
4.Use high intensity aramid yarn as anti-pulling component, strong, light and small cable diameter, suitable for different climatic situation and installation span.
5.Special AT (Anti-Track) outer sheath protection, strong anti-electro-corrosion ability.

Fibercable puls cables are coiled on bakelite, wooden, or ironwood drums. During transportation, the right tools should be used to avoid damaging the package and to handle them with ease. Cables should be protected from moisture, kept away from high temperatures and fire sparks, protected from over-bending and crushing, and protected from mechanical stress and damage. It is not allowed to have two lengths of cable in one drum, and both ends should be sealed. The two ends should be packed inside the drum, and a reserve length of cable not less than 3 meters should be provided.
