PRINCIPLE

The system adopts programmable logic controller (PLC) as the main controller, which is used to control solenoid valves, pneumatic valves and other control components, and then control cylinders and other actuating components, and the analog input module collects the real-time data from the control pressure sensor and sends it to the touch screen for display. The pressure sensor signal adopts current signal, which has stronger anti-electromagnetic interference performance and is suitable for on-site long-distance transmission to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the system.

FUNCTION

1. The system hardware consists of acquisition and control system, human-computer interaction system, pneumatic system and pneumatic actuators, clamping test bench and other components; the system is mainly in the provision of standardized pressure and other test conditions to meet the standard testing performance testing requirements.

2. Collection and control system: PLC (programmable controller), sensing system, speed control system and the corresponding electrical components.

3. Human-computer interaction system: good human-computer interaction, the main display part of the color LCD touch screen, can realize the pressure data display and control, actuators, such as running on and off, the number of test settings and process monitoring, alarms and so on. The system control has two modes, manual and automatic, according to the demand for manual or automatic control of solenoid valves, alarms and other actuators start and stop.

4. Clamping test bench and other parts of the composition: mainly by the operating table, clamping devices, valves, pipes, actuators, etc., clamping operation is convenient.

5. Monitoring function: real-time monitoring of analog and switching signals such as pressure proximity switches, etc.; the system will automatically shut down when the test is completed and a fault occurs, and the interface will show alarm prompts and sound and light alarms will be activated; the touch screen displays a vivid image of the system flowchart, real-time trend screen of the controlled parameters.
