This machine is mainly designed for faucets to undergo certain flow cycle tests under different temperature changes of hot and cold to detect the product quality.
This machine has a burst test pressure ranging from 0 to 6.0Mpa. It uses a booster pump as the output pressure source, and the pressure is infinitely adjustable. It is specifically designed for the burst strength test of faucet valves. After the equipment is started, it automatically starts timing when the set pressure value is reached. When the pressure holding time is reached, it automatically releases the pressure and stops the test.
This machine is equipped with a power-off protection function. After being powered on, only the previous test needs to be adjusted to continue the test, reducing the work intensity and improving the work efficiency. The system adopts a weld-free connection, conical surface sealing, and can be repeatedly disassembled, which is safe and reliable, and suitable for the sealing requirements of the vast majority of hydraulic systems. During the test process, pressure compensation can be carried out automatically. After the specimen ruptured, the pressure dropped rapidly and the system automatically stopped pressurizing.
