GA2581 High-energy industrial CT

Conception

Industrial CT adopts advanced high-frequency constant-voltage X-ray sources, digital imaging detectors and high-precision mechanical inspection platforms. It not only accurately reproduces the CT tomography and three-dimensional images of the inspected workpiece, but also has the function of two-dimensional real-time imaging. The product features numerous advantages such as small size, fast detection speed, clear images, precise detection, and high cost performance. The products are widely applied in non-destructive testing and non-destructive measurement in industries such as aerospace, aviation, military industry, machinery, casting, IT, and automobiles.


Main functions
● Multiple detection methods such as cone-beam CT scanning and DR Real-time imaging are adopted. Depending on the size of the inspected workpiece, a single scan can obtain tomographic images ranging from dozens to thousands of layers.
The radiation source and imager configured in the system can be flexibly selected.
It has the functions of defect and pore analysis as well as the designated area for the inspected workpiece.
Mark the volume and location dimensions of the detected defects with different colors.
● Analyze wall thickness: Mark the analysis results with different colors.
● Measuring tools: Measure parameters such as the position, distance, radius, and Angle of the workpiece.
● Reverse engineering: Comparison between CAD design and physical objects.
● Segmentation tool: In the dataset, segmentation is carried out based on materials and geometric structures.
It can achieve precise measurement of the internal dimensions of the inspected workpiece.
