VRLA gel type battery uses high-tin alloy positive grids and thick plates to reduce active material utilization. With special additives, its 40% DOD cycle life can reach over 3000 times as per IEC 60896-22-2004 requirements.
After 5 over-discharges causing short circuits, battery capacity restoration reaches more than 95%.
Special gel electrolyte additives and curing processes delay active material softening, effectively improving deep cycle endurance and anti-passivation capability during small load discharge.
Tight assembly design reduces plate distance, improving high current discharge performance.
Corrosion-resistant rubber O-ring and special adhesive seal terminals, ensuring no acid leakage and safe, reliable operation.
Low liquid design recombines generated gases into water; no need to add water or acid.
Special AGM separator absorbs electrolyte with no free acid inside, allowing both vertical and horizontal mounting positions.
